$600 covers the first hour with two fixed cameras. Each additional 30 minutes is $100 ($200/hr).

A 5-minute courtesy applies before each additional 30 minutes is added. Pricing is for the scheduled event time; it doesn't include setup or teardown, and finishing early doesn't change the price.

Your podcast, recorded where you are.
We bring two cameras and a switching setup to your space and record a live-to-tape video podcast session. Recording multiple episodes in one visit is welcome, and recurring shows can ask about signed-commitment pricing. Planning a live show with an audience? Book it as a standard event.

About an hour's drive from Murfreesboro is included; farther and nationwide travel is quoted. Four to six weeks' notice is ideal, and shorter notice is considered when the calendar allows, including for funerals and memorials. Sunday bookings with setup before 3:00 PM have a $400 minimum.
FAQ
Good questions.
Who provides the internet?
The venue's connection is used unless you add dedicated 5G. We test the connection in advance. If the venue's internet is unreliable, dedicated 5G is the best protection.
Whose streaming account do we use?
Yours. You supply and control the streaming account or destination unless SMP or a hiring vendor has agreed to provide it. Content belongs to the contracting client unless an agreement says otherwise.
Is this 4K?
The livestream and live-to-tape program are 1080p. A 4K add-on records camera-original files locally on each camera. Those files are unsynchronized and don't make a finished 4K program, which would require separately quoted editing.
Can you edit afterward?
Yes, as a separate quote. Live-to-tape is delivered as switched. Fixes, trimming, syncing, revisions, highlights, and social clips are editing.
When do I need to ask for ISO recordings?
In advance, so we can confirm the final setup supports them. We'll confirm the deadline in your questionnaire. Requested 1080p ISOs are included; 4K camera-original ISOs are an add-on.
How early do you need access to the venue?
Plan on 90–120 minutes before the event starts. The event time you book doesn't include setup or teardown.
What if something goes wrong?
If something fails on site and we can fix it, we fix it at no charge. If the stream fails but we recovered camera recordings, we deliver them, unedited, at no charge. In the rare case there is no complete usable stream and no usable recording, you choose a 25% refund of the production fee or a 50% credit toward a future booking. Problems caused by the venue's internet or power are covered by our best on-site efforts.
Can we play music?
Be aware that streaming platforms may mute, block, or end a stream that contains copyrighted music. Music clearance and platform choice are the client's responsibility.
How do I pay?
Livestreams are paid in full to book. Live-to-tape needs 50% to book, with the balance due seven days before the event. Bookings within seven days are paid in full. A quote or inquiry isn't a booking until the agreement and required payment are complete.
Do you work with planners, venues, and other vendors?
Yes. Choose the vendor option on the quote form and we'll follow up about partner work. Production companies receive custom pricing.
